As of June 1st, 2021 we are happy to announce that you will have the option to accompany your pet inside the hospital for their appointment. You will also have the option to remain curbside, if you choose.
We ask all clients to call upon arrival for their appointment or boarding drop offs. Instructions will be given for check in.
Medication refills or food orders will continue to be taken over the phone.
All medicine, food pickups, nail trims, weight checks, and anal gland expressions will remain curbside. Please call when you arrive in the parking lot.
Our lobby will remain closed for this step of re-opening to allow a slow reintroduction of people back into the office. Please call with any questions or concerns about these new policies.
